Bakhtiyor Fazilov

Deputy Chairman of the World Society for the Study, Preservation, and Popularization of the Cultural Legacy of Uzbekistan.
Born on July 30, 1975, in Samarkand, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from school in 1992, later obtaining a degree in "International Economic Relations" from Tashkent State Economic University. In 1999, he founded Eriell, which grew into an international oil and gas service group by the early 2020s, providing drilling and construction services. Eriell operates in Uzbekistan, Iraq, Russia, Bangladesh, and several other countries in Central Asia, South Asia, and the Middle East.
Bakhtiyor Fazylov supports several major projects in social programs, sports, arts, culture, and education, either directly or through his business structures.
In 2018, at the II Congress of the World Society for the Preservation, Study, and Popularization of the Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Fazylov was elected Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Deputy Chairman of the Board.
For his active work in the Society, contribution to the preservation and study of Uzbekistan's cultural heritage, and "for promoting philosophical and medical research and cooperation between the countries of the European Union, the Mediterranean, and Central Asia," Fazylov received the Avicennia International Prize in 2022.
In March 2018, with the support and participation of Bakhtiyor Fazylov and his company Eriell, the Uzbekistan Hockey Federation was established, and he was elected its first president.
Since 2019, Fazylov's companies, Eriell Group and Enter Engineering, have supported the United World Colleges program, allowing talented Uzbek students to study at universities worldwide. By 2021, the first participants of this program went to study in Hong Kong, Italy, India, the UK, and Armenia, and in 2022 - to Norway, Armenia, Hong Kong, and Tanzania.
