The manuscript was preserved under inventory number R. 808 in the Revan Collection of the Topkapi Palace Library in Istanbul. Consisting of 802 folios, this rare manuscript began to be copied in 1495, during Alisher Navoi’s lifetime, by Darvish Muhammad Taqiy and was completed after the poet’s death.

The "Kulliyat" contains 26 works by Navoi and is adorned with two miniatures, 24 gilded headings, and 30 decorated frontispiece pages.

The manuscript is of particular significance as a rare example of Alisher Navoi’s literary heritage and of Eastern manuscript art of the 15th–16th centuries. It was placed in the Navoi section of the Center’s Second Renaissance Hall.

In turn, the Islamic Civilization Center in Uzbekistan also presented Mehmet Nuri Ersoy with a facsimile copy of the Katta Langar Qur’an.
