In accordance with the relevant decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan, another 67 new objects were added to the National List of Real Estate Objects of Tangible Cultural Heritage.

For reference: to date, 8,370 cultural heritage sites included in the national list have been placed under state protection, and the number of protected sites has now reached 8,437.
According to the Cultural Heritage Agency, the national list of archaeological monuments, historical and architectural structures, objects of monumental art and attractions located in Andijan, Bukhara, Fergana, Jizzakh, Navoi, Namangan, Samarkand, Surkhandarya, Syrdarya regions, Tashkent city, Tashkent region and the Republic of Karakalpakstan has been revised. As a result, a number of new objects were placed under state protection and granted cultural heritage status.
This provides for the further improvement of the system for protecting tangible cultural heritage sites in our country, the preservation of their historical and cultural value, and the strengthening of state protection.
